Why LockedHours exists

We launched LockedHours in 2026 to offer a dependable alternative: the complete toolset firms rely on every day, a migration that brings your history across and checks it against the source, and a price that is guaranteed in writing for the life of the subscription.
How we operate
Pricing you can budget for
The per-seat price you subscribe at is written into our terms of service and cannot increase while your subscription remains active. No usage fees, no surprise renewals.
Your data remains yours
Complete exports in open formats at any time, a documented data processing agreement, and deletion on request. You are never locked in by your own records.
Accountable support
Every request is tracked, and we aim to answer within 2 business days. Data migrations are reviewed until the numbers match.
Engineering for reliability
Managed cloud infrastructure, encryption in transit and tenant isolation enforced at the database level, not just in application code.
