I didn't get the sign-in link
Most missing sign-in emails are in spam, went to a mistyped address, or were held by a company filter. Work through these checks.

Step 1: Wait two minutes. Emails usually arrive in seconds, but some providers delay them.
Step 2: Look in spam, junk, promotions or updates. Search your mailbox for LockedHours.
Step 3: Check the address you typed. Go back to the sign-in page and type it again carefully.
Step 4: Ask for a new link. If you see Too many attempts. Please wait a minute and try again., wait a minute first.
Step 5: If your company filters email, ask IT to allow messages from lockedhours.com. Some security tools hold or pre-open links.
Step 6: Don't want to wait for email? Sign in with Continue with Google, Continue with Microsoft, or a password instead: they open the same account if the email is the same. See Sign in: email link, password, Google or Microsoft.
Step 7: Still nothing? Email [email protected] from the same address and we'll check our sending logs.
"That sign-in link expired or was already used"
- The same email has a 6-digit code: type it in 6-digit code on the sign-in page and click Continue. It works even if the link was used up.
- Each link works once and for one hour. Ask for a new one.
- If you clicked an older email, use the newest one.
- If your email security tool opens links before you do, it may use them up. Ask IT to allow lockedhours.com, or write to us.
I'm signed in on the wrong device
The link signs you in on the device and browser where you open it. Ask for the link from the device you want to use, and open the email there.
